Our flour comes from a group of Pacific NW family farms that use certified sustainable farming practices to prevent erosion, regenerate topsoil and provide healthy habitat for wildlife. Under the Shepherd’s Grain brand, these farms produce consistent, high-quality wheat flour that is a favorite of artisanal bakeries and home cooks alike. Fisher is proud to support local family farms in our line of simple, delicious, and easy-to-prepare baking mixes.

Each year, we donate food, money and time to such organizations as Food Lifeline, Seattle Children’s Hospital and St. Martin’s De Porres Shelter. 110 YEARS
Fisher Mills incorporated in 1910 and began operations in 1911 with the largest flour mill in the West. Fisher Scones originated as a promotional tool for Seattle-based Fisher Flour Mills during the early 1900’s. Scones were given away or sold for pennies at expositions to promote their flour.
