Ingredients

1 pkg. Fisher Fair Scone Mix
1 cups cold water

Directions

After kneading, roll dough to 3/4-inch thickness. Fold in half and roll out again, repeating 4 times. Cut into desired shapes and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Let rest 10 minutes. Bake at 425° F for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 12 to 14, 3-inch shortcakes. To serve, split and serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
