corn pancakes recipe


1 package Fisher Cornbread Mix
1 cup creamed corn
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup water


Preheat griddle or non-stick frying pan. Mix all ingredients. Batter will be thick. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto greased pan. Spread with a spoon. Turn pancake when bubbles start to form on outside rim of pancake. Cook until golden brown on bottom. Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
